Do UFO's exist?

Have any of you heard the stories the past few days about the mysterious person known only as "Raj" who posted a bunch of pics on a few sites (craigslist, flickr) saying they took the pics in California in May of 2007, and then deleted all the accounts and disappeared. Around the same time someone calling himself "chad" snaps a few pics with his cell phone, as well as a woman from a Lake Taho snaps a photo of an object that is almost identical. There is writing on the bottom of one of the "arms" of this thing that could be alien or just a foreign language like Chinese or something. Then, a little while later, mind you this is over the span of like a 3 days the first set of pics come out, new pictures arise of the thing...only BIGGER. Is this thing growing?? I'm going to post pics from each of the 3 eye witnesses, plus the new and improved thing.

What I wish I wore today

I attempted to go to work today but felt like ass and they made me come home. Well before leaving I ran into one of our Spanish associates (the special team of bi-lingual people to answer the phones) and good god it was like she escaped from the circus. I will try my best to describe her the best I can without an actual picture.
Ok so she's hispanic, about 35, I would say 5'4 and 180-200lbs. Not huge but no place near average (about a size 24/26). She has the "I tried to dye my hair blonde but it came out kinda orange" shoulder length semi curly hair. The "HOLY SHIT WHAT WAS THAT" eyebrows put on with a brown sharpie. And the clumpy eyelashes, with the pink lip liner but no lipstick. Today she is wearing a brown tank top that must be a childs large because it barely covers the fat of her stomach and looks almost painted on it so tight every time she exhales i think i hear the fabric tear a little. On top of this tank top (with a pink bra under might i add) she has one of those white beach cover-ups that is all mesh and holey, like it's a sweater. And some SKIN tight kaki capri pants. By skin tight i mean you can see EVERY dimple in her legs and almost make out each hair follicle. Plus she has a major camel toe and panty lines in the back. Then to top off her ensamble she has on CLEAR platform sandalsthat do thiswhen she walks...NEED I SAY MORE??

Happy Birthday Vicki...I was looking through my pics that I have of you, and what a difference. We first met when your Dad and I were almost through with massage school, it was in 2004. You had just turned 6. You were a very outgoing, talkative and insightful little girl. You always wanted to play and you were always interested in what was going on. I've seen you grow over the last 4 years and you have turned in to a smart, funny, and beautiful young lady. One of my first memories of you is when we did the first ALS walk. You walked the whole thing with us and you were full of energy.

A few weeks later we took you to the airshow at the base, that was a fun day for all of us. But you absolutely LOVED it!

Then came Christmas 2005, Mike had just gotten home from Korea, I was a few months pregnant with Gavin and boy were you silly!

2006 was a very busy and tiring year for me, Gavin was born in May, Mike got out of the military and I started back working full time, so we didn't see much of you that year, and I couldn't find any pictures that I had of you. So we fast forward to 2007, last year. You have grown so much it's amazing. You were so beautiful at your brother Rex's wedding

Again the year was very busy so I didn't see much of you until our Annual Christmas gathering where again you were your silly self.

Then we fast forward to now, your 10th birthday. Thanks to your mom's blog I stole this pic of you.

All I can say is my how you've grown, and I look forward to seeing the wonderful woman your growing up to be!!!

Sick...

So I am getting sick all of a sudden. I think it's the flu, apparently the cramps and headache were the beginning of it. I went to the Dr. friday and the told me to rest and lots of fluid cause no medicine is going to get rid of it. Well DUH it's the flu! So i've been feeling crappier all day. I'm probably not going to post for a few days since I feel like arse. For everyone, HAPPY EASTER!

What I wish I wore today

So I didn't go to work today because I was up all night with muscle cramps and a massive headache that medicine was not getting rid of. I called the Dr. to make an appointment and go in at 3, but all day I've been very snippy and short with EVERYONE. My point, it's just who I am get over it!

I had 9 calls today where I needed a spanish translator because the moron could not speak a word of english, but yet somehow they can make hundreds of dollars a week and maintain a bank account...Why is it the english speaking people with bank accounts cannot keep a job and then blame the bank when they are dumb enough to think that the credit option at check out means they can take a loan from the bank with no penalty and pay it back when they can?

My mom tried to call me lazy today because when Gavin took a nap today so did I...HELLO it's my 1 day off this week hell yeah I'm going to nap when my kid naps!!!

Dinner in the Sky

This is something that I would NEVER do simply because I am scared to death of heights. It must cost a fortune and be very exciting, but not at all for me!

You have to take out insurance for the duration of the meal and get a medical clearance. Think about this, your wayyy up on a crane eating dinner and a gust of wind hits, the table starts swinging back and forth and does your meal go flying or is it bolted to the table? What if your shoes fall off or you drop something like your fork, does it kill the person who just happens to be walking by underneath? Crazy concept. Neat pics though

Dunkin Donuts

Am I the only one who is just finding out that Dunkin Donuts now sells their coffee in stores??

I must be behind on the times. I saw a commercial lastnight for it and immediately thought of Ann and her obsession with this coffee.

So as my public service, for those of you who don't know, Dunkin Donuts sells coffee in grocery stores!!!

Tattoo---UPDATE

So (don't all of my posts start with so? hmm) tomorrow I am going to get tattooed. This is what I am thinking I will get lets see how close it turns out. The only thing I am 100% on is Gavin's foot print name and birthday, the rest is questionable.

The Shiner

Nuff said? Not quite...This all takes place last week (talk about being behind)

I get home from work Friday night (the 22nd) and get monkey right to bed since it's 7:30 when I get home. We get up Saturday and we're playing and having a good time, then comes shower time with Daddy. We all come upstairs and Daddy and Gavin get in the shower. I do a few things while he's washing monkey and then he calls for me to come get him. I get him out of the shower and have him on the bed drying him off and getting him dressed when I notice his right eye looks funny.

So I look a little closer and yell to Mike, "Gavin has a black eye, What happened before I got home lastnight?" Mike comes out of the shower and says "Yeah right, where?" Like I'm making up a story about the little one having a shiner. So he examines his face and then says "I dunno, he didn't fall"

So I'm like wracking my brain trying to figure out what the hell could have given him a black eye. No note from daycare so it had to happen at home. All weekend I'm going crazy trying to figure this out and I keep telling myself the only explaination is he fell at daycare and they didn't say anything.

So Monday (the 25th) I take him to daycare bright and early, 6:15, maybe I should say dark, early and cold.
And ask them if he happened to have fallen at school Friday. The woman's response "Yeah we have the accident report the afternoon people didn't give it to your mom for some reason" So I'm immediately like nobody told her either? And she replies "they said since it was grandma they didn't know if they should"

HELLO everyday for a year now she picks him up from school WTF why would you not tell the person picking the child up "oh by the way he did a face plant on the tile today so he might get a bruise" Not too smart there people.

I'm not mad or anything just confused as to the caliber of subs they have at the daycare. So my little bruiser, is litterally a bruise this week.
He looks like he got into some 70's eyeshadow and got 1 eye done before getting caught. The pics was taken about 36 hours after he fell. Today you can hardly see it but if you look for it you can see it.
Thankfully his eye didn't swell up or anything and it didn't seem to hurt cause the only time he even said ow was when Daddy poked it and asked him if it hurt.
