My Apologies!

I have seriously slacked off the last few months. Things are so crazy around here I don't even know how it is Hallows Eve already. Well this past month was nuts but fun. Took monkey to his first hockey game and he loved it. Also took Mike to see METALLICA for his birthday. And went to see Plain White T's, Dashboard Confessional, and Panic! at the Disco which was pretty bad ass. And this past Sunday we wook Gavin to Schnepf Farms to pick pumpkins. Not much happened this month. Mike gets the surgery i've been eagerly waiting for on Nov 6th. Hopefully no more snoring after!!!!!! Well I have to go do some biology homework now so here are some pics of the above mentioned events. Hopefully I'll write a real post soon!

Kidneys

I will be taking a short sabatical from being online while I try to get better. Apparently I have a very bad kidney infection that without meds and rest would have led to renal failure. So I am on some broad spectrum antibiotics and have been told to take it easy and drink lots of fluids. I will post when I'm feeling better. Oh, and I finish my semester this week and don't go back until october. So hopefully I will be a little more active online!

FUCKING A/C --- UPDATE

Well I am FURIOUS right now!!!!!!!!!!


When we got home today the a/c was broken. I have called the management company 5 times and left 4 messages and it has been 6 hours and NOTHING! No call back no nothing. It's 92 fucking degrees in here and I have a 2 year old. Apprarently they don't give a damn and NOT ONE a/c repair place will come out to fix it because it is a rental and they don't want to risk either one of us getting screwed. So now I may miss work tomorrow because I have to have someone come fix this and I can't sleep cause it's so hot and I keep going to check on monkey and make sure he is ok cause it's so damn hot in here!!!!!!

I'll update when someone calls back or when I crack and go postal on this stupid management company. If I don't hear something by first thing in the morning I will be calling an attorney since they are violating my tenants rights.

Well the a/c is fixed now. The capacitor was shot. hopefully the motor did not get damaged from the capacitor being bad. It's now 85 in here instead of 93. On a bad note they found a black widow nest in the a/c unit. They destroyed the nest and the mom but said some babies went running off. Now we have to deal with that because we cannot have black widow spiders in the house with a toddler....no no no. Now we need a spider killer.
